Processing Time

• Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 2-3 business days
• Made-to-Order Products: 7-14 business days
• Masterpiece / Custom Orders: 14-45 business days (communicated at the time of order)

Delivery Timelines

• Within India: 5-7 business days after dispatch
• International: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Shipping Charges

• India: Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. ₹99 flat rate for orders below ₹2,000
• International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Packaging

Every Divyambar Poshak is carefully packed in our signature deep maroon gift box, lined with ivory silk tissue. The garment is wrapped in muslin cloth with a handwritten blessing card. A small pouch of dried rose petals accompanies every order.

↩️ Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact
• Items must not have been exposed to dhoop, agarbatti smoke, or any fragrances

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or bespoke orders
• Items that have been worn / draped on the murti
• Sale or discounted items

Exchange Process

• Share your order number and reason for exchange
• We will arrange a pickup and send the replacement
• Exchanges for sizing are processed free of charge

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
