1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Divyambar website (divyambar.com) and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Descriptions

All poshaks and garments are handcrafted. Due to the nature of handwork, slight variations in color, pattern, and finish are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece. Product images are representative; actual products may have minor variations.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and major payment gateways
• Custom orders may require an advance payment of 50%
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Sizing & Custom Orders

Our poshaks follow the traditional Swaroop (idol) number sizing system. We offer custom sizing for non-standard dimensions. Please contact us via WhatsApp for custom orders. Custom-made products are non-returnable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days for ready-to-ship items
• Custom orders take 7-45 days based on complexity
• We ship across India and internationally
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for standard products
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact
• Custom-made and personalized orders are non-returnable
• Exchange is available for sizing issues within 7 days
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Divyambar website — including designs, images, text, logos, and brand identity — is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Divyambar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
